Planning
Capracorp provides tailor made Management Information Systems to its clients. The system offers reports and planning tools for finance and/or controlling to plan for future periods and monitor actual performance vs plan. The planning module follows a buttom-up approach by uploading plans based on past performance. Furthermore, it is able to segregate one-off and regular items.
Reporting
The reporting levels are usually the following:
- Product
profitability reports on the product range of the organization with concentration analysis, product revenue histogram, reprice application (what-if scenario analysis)
- Sales
reports for account managers on own client performance and related special events. It also includes incentive calculations, tracking of new customers’ performance and identifying top customers
- Senior management
high level reports on the performance of the whole organization to help to identify top performing products and customer segments
Back-end operations are invisible for the user, however an integrant part of the system as a working unit. Maintenance and monitoring of the system with these tools is an easy job besides offering a range of services such as messaging that can help to use the system more efficiently.
Messaging
The system is able to send several type of messages to a previously defined range of receivers to draw attention to specific customers. These can be on a regular basis e.g. month end portfolio letters. Or can be triggers in case of special business event as well, like decreasing activity of customer or incorrect pricing, danger of leaking revenue.
